The property was developed in 2010 as part of a larger project that consisted of 3 separate multi family residential buildings located in Sparta’s town center which was *owned and developed by Nouvelle, LLC.  The building was a 100 year old dance hall and bar which we converted into an 11 unit building for very low to moderate income housing. The project obtained funds from the state’s DCA Home Production Program in the amount of $1.4 MM.  The project also received funds from Sparta’s AHTF in the amount of $250,000.  The apartment mix was 2 studios, 8 (1) Bedrooms and 1 (2) Bedroom units with central HVAC, hot water heaters and all separate utilities for each apartment. The project was built and developed for New Bridge, Inc.  Project was completed in 17 months.
